Yes. Your reservation should be considered confirmed after you receive the booking confirmation and ride details through the reservation system.

Yes. Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport, also known as SJC, is our primary airport. We provide prearranged pickups and drop-offs throughout San Jose and Silicon Valley.

Yes. Advance transportation may also be booked to or from San Francisco International Airport and Oakland International Airport.

Pickup instructions can vary by airport, terminal and local airport rules. Your driver or dispatch team will provide the applicable meeting instructions before or around your pickup time.

Car Seats and Family Travel

Car seats may be requested during booking. Options can include infant, toddler and booster seats. Availability must be confirmed in advance.

You may request multiple seats, but availability depends on the requested seat types and vehicle capacity. Include each child’s approximate age, weight and seat requirement when booking.

You may bring your own compatible car seat. Tell us during booking so the correct vehicle space and passenger capacity can be considered.

Fares, Payments and Policies

Your quoted fare is based on the trip details submitted during booking. Extra stops, waiting time, route changes, parking, tolls or other requested changes may affect the final amount.

We are a prearranged transportation service rather than an on-demand rideshare platform. Your fare is based on the confirmed reservation details instead of live rideshare surge pricing.

Available payment methods are shown during the secure booking process. A valid payment method may be required to confirm the ride.

Cancellation and change terms may depend on the reservation type, pickup time and notice provided. Review the policy shown during booking before confirming your reservation.

Passengers, Luggage and Service Area

Capacity depends on the vehicle assigned. Enter the correct number of adults, children, checked bags, carry-on bags and oversized items when booking so the proper option can be selected.

Yes. Airport transportation may be arranged from homes, hotels, offices and other approved pickup locations throughout the service area.

Primary service areas include San Jose, Santa Clara, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Los Gatos, Mountain View and nearby Silicon Valley communities. Extended trips may be available by advance reservation.

Extra stops should be requested before the ride whenever possible. Additional stops, route changes and waiting time may change the fare.
